James began his TV career working as a Runner on live sporting events including the Women’s Cricket World Cup. From there he has had multiple roles in development teams helping secure commissions for the UK version of The Traitors (BBC1), an all access documentary series on women’s football for a major SVOD platform and a new reality singing competition for Netflix. James has worked on a number of productions, including Gogglebox (C4), The Lazy Generation (MTV) and most recently filmed in multiple countries for the documentary series All Roads Lead Down Under (FIFA+).
