Lou has executive produced some of the biggest entertainment and reality shows on television.

Before BOLDPRINT, Lou was Head of Entertainment at ITV studios label Twofour, overseeing the rapid expansion of their entertainment slate with major commissions for ITVX, BBC and Channel 4, most notably co-creating and executive producing the Broadcast award-winning dating show I Kissed a Boy for BBC3. Passionate about building this groundbreaking new brand, Lou also secured the commission of I Kissed a Girl (BBC3), which she executive produced. 

Lou is a trusted deliverer of huge scale unscripted content for all the major broadcasters, running multi-million pound budgets, complex location shoots and large freelance teams. She has produced returning hits The Only Way is Essex (ITV), Got To Dance (Sky) and The Biggest Loser (ITV) and secured recommissions for new series I Can See Your Voice and BAFTA-nominated The Greatest Dancer for BBC One as well as producing reality shows Loaded in Paradise (ITVX) and Make Me Prime Minister (Channel 4) both of which over-indexed for 16-34 audiences. 

Working alongside CEO Phil Harris, Lou has produced returning internationally renowned formats Big Brother, Celebrity Big Brother and Gladiators. Together, they have also launched a number of successful new returning brands including Celebs Go Dating, Eating with My Ex, The Greatest Dancer and The Only Way is Marbs.
